The consumption of chia oil is simple, as it can replace the common oil in salads, stews, on toasts, in vegetable creams, etc. It is also an excellent oil for cosmetic use, with the same uses as any natural oil. Its smell and taste are mild and it does not change the taste of food. It is highly advisable to take it raw.
